At Nihon Clinic, we conduct routine health checks called PHA (phsycal health assessment) to support your healthly living.

To apply, please apply 2 to 3 weeks before requesting a check-up.

Payment Method
  • Individual: You can pay by cash, credit card, check at reception.
  • Corporate payment: We will send an invoice to your company after the checkup. In this case, you will need the name and signature of billing contact person at the time of application. Please specify the person in the application form.
  • Insurance claims: Generally PHA are not covered by insurance, but some US insurance may cover. If you have such insurance please check the amount will be covered by it.
